U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have a credit balance on my credit card. I contacted USBANK both by email and by phone and requested that the bank to send me a check for that balance but they refuse to issue the check. They say they are " researching '' it! The money has been in my account for 10 days and I requested it on -/-/- by email and phoned the bank on -/-/-.
