I received my credit card bill with a non cash advanced interest charge. I contacted the card company at - on -/-/- and spoke to -. She stated the system was down and could not help me and to try after lunch. I called back at - CST The system was still down. I called back today -/-/- at - the automated system said the system was down. I searched to find a non - # I called - and got a live person, -. - stated that the system was down being updated. I told him I was skeptical and wanted to close my account if I could not get an answer. He stated to call back around - EST. I wanted to close my accounts but could not because of some technical issue on their end, is n't that illegal? I am accruing interest charges and can not stop it, and they can not tell me why they are charging me interest ( I pay in full ) so I do n't have any recourse. I want them to be investigated, I think they may have been hacked and are keeping it a secret.
