I would like to make a complaint against - and Bank of America. - charged me $10.00 a month for a daycare service which I did not use. They did this for 14 months for a total of $140.00. I never agreed with them to charge me or take money out of my Bank of America credit card. I do have an account with - for gym services only. However, I never agreed to be charged for the daycare which they just added without my permission. I notified Bank of America and they would not reverse the charges so I would like to complain against them as well.
