Mortgage Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Texas

I have continuously contacted this company as well as the original creditor to advise them that I did not know this debt. To date I have not been able to resolve this issue. I have provided multiple documentations to this creditor providing proof that this was not my debt, without resolve. This is not my debt and I would graciously appreciate it if this was removed from my credit report. This is affecting my livelihood tremendously.
