ProCollect, Inc Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine January 19, 2017 - I have continuously contacted this company as well as the original creditor to advise them that I did not know this debt. To date I have not been able to resolve this issue. I have provided multiple documentations to this creditor providing proof that this was not my debt, without resolve. This is not my debt and I would graciously appreciate it if this was removed from my credit report. This is affecting my livelihood tremendously.... |
ProCollect, Inc Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt October 15, 2015 - In - of 2015 my apartment flooded with raw sewage, management called a plumber whom cleaned the main line ''. The main line is between mine & my neighbors front doors with no other access to either apt., when the plumber finished there was raw sewage all over the walkway. Management refused to clean/sanitize the walkway, also management did nothing more than shampoo the carpet in the apartment that was affected by the flood. During the time between this event and my moving because of the sewage not being cleaned/sanitized I had to go - because of severe -, the - me as having -.... |
ProCollect, Inc Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received April 29, 2015 - I 've just chosen the largest umbrella issue that I could find, but there are significantly larger issues. Since I 've submitted written inquiries on the web site ( with no replies ) and called multiple on the recorded line, there should be proof of what I 've received. The letter clearly states that I have 30 days for the dispute, yet I was nearly threatened by the rep that unless I pay the bill tomorrow by -, this will stay on my report forever. During every single phone call I 've made, as soon as I 'd state my name, I 'd be transferred, transferred and then transferred again and this ga... |
