Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Credit line increase/decrease North Carolina
I have several retail accounts which have been sold to or serviced by Synchrony Bank. During the last six months, Synchrony Bank has lowered my credit limit with each account ; however, all accounts were paid prior to the due date and payments exceeded the amount due each month. By lowering my credit limit, Synchrony Bank adversely affected my credit score with the - major credit reporting bureaus. Synchrony Bank has either filed hard inquiries or reported lower credit limits during six of the last eight months. Synchrony Bank has NO JUSTIFICATION in conducting these monthly credit inquiries. These repetitive inquiries are unjust, unnecessary, and adversely affecting my credit score ; therefore, I demand that SYNCHRONY BANK discontinue its discriminatory practice of unjustly submitting information resulting in the unjust and adverse lowering of my credit scores with the major credit reporting agencies.
