I had a Wells Fargo credit card. I was making monthly payments automatically. After some time, I noticed that Wells Fargo was charging me late fees. When I inquired, they said they had n't received my payments on time. But my receipts from - show that the automatic payments came out of the first or second of every month ; therefore, I should never have been charged any late fees at all. When I called Wells Fargo on multiple occasions, they offered to remove only - of the - late fees.
