U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
-/-/2016 I purchased - items from - -, - ( - - - - -, - -, MO - ) with my VISA credit card. When I was billed a charge of $1000.00 was added to the - charges of $100.00 & $25.00. I phoned the company which then apologized ; the young man who charged me was fired. However, - continues to charge me the $1000.00 despite my phoned calls explaining what happened. Their letter of -/-/- threatens to report me to the - consumer reporting agencies unless I pay t he $1000.00.
