LoanDepot Mortgage department,

FHA mortgage Credit decision / Underwriting Michigan

Hi this is - - - started to look to refinance our house back in - and found loan Depot online our current mortgage is through - come the end of - we were finally ready to start signing papers and finalizing this new current mortgage with loan Depot my loan officer - told me not to make my - payment with - because things will be finalized in - on - - we signed all the documents with a notarizer and the mortgage was supposed to send me my cash to close on - - I guess they said they were waiting on a credit card that I paid off to come through and did n't tell me so that took us into - and now I have a late payment on - Mortgage because they did n't pay it in time and now they will not help me because FHA will not allow a late payment I never missed a payment all year the only reason I missed this - is because I was told not to pay it is there anyway I can continue with getting this loan or another -
