Rushmore Loan Management Services purchased the loan and is keeping with the same practice as - and has failed to honor the court 's ruling as well. To date the court 's ruling has been ignored by all parties. With the increase of the $ - added to our monthly payment and the mortgage ballooning to 9 % we were forced to file chapter - bankruptcy.
