We have been processing a short sale for months now with Wells Fargo. They ordered a new BPO and appraisal and were updating me a few times a week that they were just waiting for the value to come in. They sent me a few emails last week that they escalated the BPO results and would let me know ASAP as soon as it came in. Not having heard anything, I sent a few follow up emails to the negotiator and his manager but they went unanswered. I followed up with a phone call and was told that the file was removed from short sale 2 days ago and a sale date was scheduled for -/-/-. They said there was no one available that could speak with me regarding this file.
