A couple of days ago I got a notice from Chase Bank that the terms of my agreement had changed and that I now needed to make monthly interest payments on my balance. I transferred about half of my balance on a - credit card in - with the understanding that there would be no interest payments due for 15 months. This is how the SLATE credit card is advertised even today as my attachment shows.
