I have not been able to find out any information on my mortgage account for years. Every time I try to speak to someone to someone At Wells Fargo concerning my account they give me a story. They say I am in litigation of someone else is on my account and they ca n't speak to me. They have had me locked out of my account for years. I have been served with foreclosure papers, but Wells Fargo would not allow me to qualify for the needed help.
