Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Florida

I have asked Account Resolution Service to send me validation of these debts they continue to report to the - major credit bureaus. They have failed to send me anything that is contractual binding of me to pay this debt instead I got a letter on their letter head stating I 'm to pay this debt. How can a company, just say you owe something without any supporting signed documentation? I 'm writing to you for relief from Account Resolution contuining to report false information and exhortation.
