CAC had also contacted me prior to this via telephone to confirm my information, address, payment amount, etc. Then, at the end of - -, I received a letter from CAC stating that they were cancelling my loan at the request of - - -. They gave no reason why and did not offer any alternative or other information. On - -, -, - - - went to my mother 's housing and took the vehicle without informing me.
