BB & T has illegally charged my account ( - ) $210.00 over a period of five ( 5 ) months. As you will see in the attached supporting documents the charges are listed as Misceallanous Debit inwhich I had these accounts for 12 months and I without being notified I noticed these charges from $9.00 to $12.00 in - of 2016 I contacted the bank customer services who informed me that they could not do anything but credit me $35.00 that I 'd have to speak with someone at the branch I opened the account at. In fact I did and waited almost 2 months for a branch manager to phone me back and as of today not one has contacted me. I spoke back to customer service today again who said only that branch could help me. So as you see my last result was here
