I bought an educational package from - in 2014 and got enrolled into a payment plan which was to continue for a period of 12 months, the educational service was to continue for 12 months. I was making the payments on time but decided to stop making payments due to the violation of Contract by -. Part of the services which was weekly support call and were deemed an important part of the services by - and - who was the individual who signed up. Those services were not delivered and due to the lack of delivery of the important part of the program and services which were mentioned while I was being lured into the program, my condition has not changed and I do not see any impact on my development in the area. This issue was discussed by - one of your supervisors end of -/-/-. - understood my resentment towards - and advised that if I bring the payment up to date till - then he will try to resolve my issue. I brought my payments upto date.After that he left a


any details. They just want to rip people off. Also I tried contacting - 4 times and left him 4 voice messages to follow up but he never returned my calls. At this point I do not think I owe anything to - untill and unless they straighten up their act and start delivering their services as - assured. If I keep making monthly payments with out getting any services then it does not make sense. Also to charge individuals around $2500.00 dollars just for 4 30 mins sessions and not deliver on the following weekly calls do not make sense and is a rip off. At this time Moterey has started charging me interest on the balance and this is affecting my credit. I seriously need help and need CFPB to intervene and help me out.
