My commander was contacted on several occasions due to payments I made late on my exchange credit program ( ECP ) card. As your site says below, this is illegal, yet it is right on the ECP 's page of frequently asked questions payment questions. I understand that this matter is right in their terms and conditions, however, if this matter is truly illegal, there should n't be any " wiggle room '' in the matter.
