I was under the impression that I had paid the accounts off. It is possible that the later charges on the account were fraudulent. As your site says below, this is illegal, yet it is right on the ECP 's page of frequently asked questions payment questions. My account was 30 days past due for - and was still set up on autopay. AAFES never drafted the funds from my account to pay my bill. According to their terms and conditions, we agree for them to call us regarding our account. I never once received a phone call, an email, or paper statement that my account was past due.
