Payday loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Florida

This loan is illegal in Florida as they are not licensed in Florida, charged far above allowable interest in Florida as well as gave loans far above the allowable maximum of $500.00. I have since revoked my ACH ( too early to know if they will abide ). Also, I have advised them that the legal amount that could have been charged to my loan is the principal amount, even IF their Internet pay day loan were legal anywhere in the U.S.. I am willing to pay the principle amount of the loan only, however, this means I am entitled to a refund of any interest I paid on all loans with your company. This means all of the following loans from the past : For example : **For the loan # - dated -/-/16, I borrowed $1000.00 and have paid $580.00 to date. **For the loan # - dated -/-/16, I borrowed $800.00 and have paid $1200.00 to the loan, so you owe me $450.00.


**For the loan # - dated -/-/16, I borrowed $750.00 and have paid $1000.00 to the loan, so you owe me $260.00. - for the loans from -/-/16 to today alone, you owe me $500.00 back in overpaid interest ( what I overpaid in past loans less what I owe on the current loan ) t!!!!!! This does not include all principal for loans over $500.00 ( as that is the maximum allowed in Florida )
