Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Florida

Equifax failed to provide me with the adequate documents they have on file to verify the accounts I have disputed. From my understanding the credit agencies have 30 days to respond to my disputes. Being that the 30 day mark period has expired without a proper investigation or proper verification of the accounts should promptly be deleted as per FCRA section 611 ( 5 ) ( a ). I would really appreciate if you could take care of the matter as soon as possible. Thank you
