Equifax Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Ohio

I asked the credit agency to dispute the information that is on my account because it is inaccurate. They did what they call an investigation and said the information was to remain on my credit report. I do n't believe a investigation was done and I sent this information certified mail which got me to get no result. I have looked over the information from the credit agency and it is wrong on many levels which I have highlighted in my documents.
