Status Claim - in progress and therefore we need to submit a second claim regarding the same matter. We, - - - and - - have followed up repeatedly with Wells Fargo regarding our case of an Escrow Account that they imposed on us and that we have had to repeatedly request deletion of throughout 2016 to date. - and I, -, take the initiative to contact both - - and - -, Executive Specialists of the Wells Fargo - - and - -. repeatedly about the case. Yesterday, - -, 2016, we tried to reach - - and - -. We often end up recounting our case to a backup contact in their group.We asked what the specifics they are seeking to conclude their research. The back-ups typically state that they will pass on a message to have either on call us back. We often take the lead to follow up on as we do not hear from them within the promised 24 hours stated on their


***********Therefore their RESPONSE in claim - is not truthful : Response : We 've been unable to establish contact with our customer, - - - however, we did speak briefly to the co-borrower - - . We 'll need additional time to ensure we fully address all of the concerns brought to our attention and provide a thorough response. We appreciate your patience as we finalize our research. - There were one or two occasions that we did not return calls on the same day. There are multiple times that we repeatedly needed to attempts calls to finally get them in person. have followed up repeatedly with this team and have support documents, their letters to us since - - and this does not include their conversations stating that they will close and delete the escrow that occurred -/-/- and -/-/-! The amounts showing on the Escrow Account, they assigned are payments that they have pushed to the - - County Tax Collector for Property Taxes that we have already paid! Also, they have pushed payments for our home insurance to - - causing confusion as we have already paid those. - took steps to follow up with both - and - - who returned payments to Wells Fargo so that the Escrow account showed a - balance. They keep saying they are working on a deletion. Quiet the contrary, we got an Escrow statement in the mail on - - and they have repeated their pushed payments for property tax and home insurance once again! Due to this situation, we have provided them with - cashiers checks for our agreed on mortgage of $2600.00 and monthly - has paid them at a local Wells Fargo branch. On their Escrow statement they show that this amount is " on hold ''.
