American Express has reported to credit reporting agencies ( including - - - ) that the - business credit accounts with them were " charged off '' while - cards were paid as agreed and American Express refuses to recognize that they were not able to accept payments remitted because it was illegal to so do after the credit bureaus INCORRECTLY reported a bankruptcy filing.
