I received an alert from - that Midwest Recovery Systems placed a negative item on my credit report. When I called them, they said I took out a loan from - - - in - of 2011 and that I owe $660.00. Midwest Recovery Systems did not send me a letter about this debt before this negative item was put on my credit report. In addition, I do n't remember taking out this loan. Also, Midwest - - is not licensed to do business in - Illinois, so the loan is invalid.
