This company is reporting a debt I have no knowledge of and for which I never received a notice of debt from the company as rquired by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Therefore, on - -, 2016, I requested they provide me with info on this debt per certified letter. ( see attached letter ) and they have failed to provide this information. This is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
