I have a credit card with wells Fargo bank. I have been having a little trouble paying as have lost my husband as well as loss of income, but retained the debt of 2 people. Have written several letters asking for the opportunity of a discounted pay-off.Only to be told that they do not do anything in writing. I truly did not know that. So they proceeded to pull a dollar amount from my checking account.leaving it overdrawn and leaving me with overdraft fees. Only to inform me they did not charge it off expecting more -
