I overpaid WellsFargo the balance of my consurmer line of credit. After the payment has been applied it shows a balance of ( $62.00 ). I was expecting the credit amount to be sent to me. Instead, Wellsfargo kept the money and the balance is now -. They refused to send me my refund money.
