After reviewing my credit report I found information, which needs to be corrected. ERC is illegally reporting a collection on my credit report due to the account being discharged in my Chapter - bankruptcy. Following the laws of the FCRA it is unlawful for the account to show a derogatory status on my report. I am requesting that the item be deleted to correct the information.
