I contacted - to inquired about my account. I was under the assumption that I had a plus account. The representative advised me that I did not have the plus account and that I had a regular account. She advised me that there was no option for an upgrade on my account to get the plus account and that I would need to apply online for that account, which would be submitting another application for another card. She advised me that if I did reapply and got denied. She advised that I could call in and told them that I applied for the plus card and was denied, that I could the have my account reviewed and get upgraded to the plus card. So after applying and getting denied, I called back in to and was advised that the customer rep that I spoke to basically lied to me and that they are not able to review my account for the plus card. The customer service manager advised that they review the account but can not make any changes to it.
