Wells Fargo Bank transferred by Health Care Savings Account Optum with no prior notification to me of doing so. I have $ - that is basically missing with no knowledge of how to access these funds or ability to verify the funds are still in my name. The funds were removed from my - on - and I noticed on - a - balance in my online account. I acknowledge that when contacting Wells Fargo, they have a recording notifying customers of this transfer, however this is the first I heard of it and I did not have the ability to opt out of this transfer to choose an alternative source to manage my account.
