In - - I submitted a complaint similar to the - today. SLS my servicer responded and alleged I had missed my - - payment, and that I did not make this payment until - -. If you will review attached proof of payment made you will clearly see I did not miss this payment. SLS ( my original complaint ) has been misapplying my monthly mortgage payments regularly. I do not know who can audit their files regarding my payments and unapplied payments but this is highly suggested. I have incurred late fees after late fees and now SLS has me in foreclosure.
