Today I called ERC, - after I found a new collection for - on my consumer credit reports. As usual they were not helpful but agreed to dispute the trade line and provided me with a complete account number for -. I called - and after more than an hour, found this was not my account, not my address and not my collection. They were not in the mood to help me get this rectified immediately so the wrong information is being reported and a credit collection agency is wrongly reporting incorrect information. I demanded an immediate correction to my credit report and ERC to drop the account. They are now knowingly reporting incorrect information.
