I renegotiated my student loan with Wells Fargo. The original terms of the loan was to pay - - dollars a month for fifteen years. The new terms was to pay them - - monthly for a shorter period of time. When i requested a im school deferment i was told to send in the paperwork. I then received a letter months later stating paperwork with a bill. I called and they verbally notified me that my loan was charged off three years ago without my knowledge. I had been calling in phone payments every month consistently. I have no idea where that money has gone since the bank is refusing any access to my payment records account history etc. i am attending an accredited program at this time for a higher education.
