OUR PRIMARY HOME IS IN LISTED ON SHERIFF SALES FORECLOSURE BY WELLSFARGO BANK FOR -/-/2016. WE WERE APPROVED FOR - TRIALS AND THE PAYMENTS WERE MADE ONTIME, BUT THE PERMANENT LOAN MODIFICATIONS WAS HIGH AND NOT BASED ON THE INCOME AND BUDGET. I CALLED AND E-PLAIN TO WELLSFARGO TO REDUCE THE PAYMENTS, THE DOCUMENTS WERE SUBMITTED FOR MODIFICATION BUT THE BANK REFUSED TO HELP WITH NO OFFICIAL LETTER STATING DECLINING. THE NE-T THING WAS THE BANK SENT A SHERIFF SALES DATE FOR THE FORECLOSURE ON -/-/-. THERE IS NO WHERE TO MOVE TO AS WE HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE HOME WITH ALL THE FAMILY MEMBERS OF -. PLEASE KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AS WE WANT TO KEEP THE HOME. LOAN NUMBER IS - WELLSFARGO BANK. THANKS
