- Wells Fargo charged me late fees even though I made timely payments - Wells Fargo tried charging me for future payments - Those payments accrued late charges even though they were future payments - Wells Fargo agents tried to have me pay through partial payments instead of one payment - Company denied any negative charges to or about them after I inquired - Did not notify me when it applied payments across multiple loans - Poor management and monitoring of my account
