I was denied a loan due to an erroneous collection on my credit report. My bank informed me of this collection on my credit report from ERC from - - - in the amount of $410.00. I was never contacted by phone, mail, or email by them about any money I owed. When I tried to call the number listed on the credit report it was not a valid number. I decided to search on - and it showed many claims of fraud. I do not have any outstanding bills for this amount and do not owe them money. As this is causing negative marks on my credit, I would like for this to be completely removed from all - credit bureaus, promptly. I have an attorney that is ready to represent me with a law suit if this is not taken care of. These negative marks have caused me to be denied for a loan. I want this taken care! I have disputed this account over and over and never get validation or proper documentation. TAKE THIS OFF MY CREDIT!!!
