This was on an account that is over 2 years old. I moved from one place to another. I cancelled my - account and asked them to send me a box to send their equipment back. It took - different boxes to send it back. When I did I got a receipt and kept it. I still have it. This is the second time that I am having to dispute this on my credit report they just keep sending it back to collections. I am very upset about this. I do n't owe them anything. They even said I did n't and sent me back a refund check with there apologies. How does this keep happening?
