Capital One Credit card department,
I have an account with Capital One and have never been late or missed a payment. For a while I had been making the minimum payment due and I applied for a credit line increase last year and was turned down because I was only making the minimum payment due even though I had never been late or missed a payment. -/-/- I stopped using the account so I would not be at the maximum limited and increased my payment from - - to -. On or around -/-/- I applied again for an increase and was denied again, this time because my average payment has been to low. I feel like they are not treating me fairly because I am a - veteran and a -. I have in good faith done everything that is legally required of me and I am seeking your assistance.
