My mom bought a certificate of deposit for $800.00 on - - - in her name and my name. She asked me to keep it safe. My mom passed away. I was looking through her papers and saw this certificate of deposit. The name of the Bank is Trust company Bank - - -. This bank merged with Sun Trust Bank. So I approached them and showed the certificate of deposit and asked them how I can cash it. They checked with the records department and said they do not have any records prior to the year - and that they can not help me. So I am filing a complaint against Sun Trust Bank. I would greatly appreciate your help in securing this money. Thank you very much. - -.
