Bank of America Credit Card Complaint

Closing/Cancelling account

Bank of America Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account District of Columbia

Bank of America is approving authorizations on my card even though I closed the account. They claim that as long as a merchant continues submitting recurring charges, they 'd approve it. I do n't know how this qualifies as " closing '' an account.
