Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Texas

Someone other than myself who was not authorized by me has illegally obtained a credit card and defaulted on the charges. This collection agency purchased the debt from a credit card issuer that is no longer in business and illegally obtained a default judgment against me without my knowledge. When I was made aware of the debt, I requested evidence to support/validate the debt as belonging to me. This company has nothing to support the debt or judgment being accurate.
