This is an ID theft issue. An individual used my information to charge a large amount for -. ERC at - came after me, at which time I explained that they had the wrong person. I filed a police report and took other steps to correct the problem. However, my main issue with this company is that they put a negative flag on my credit report before even talking to me about the issue. Even after I spoke to the office manager named - and verified this was ID theft, he refused to delete the negative report until some time in the future, This is wrong and needs to be corrected right away. I should be inocent until proven guilty..
