I 've been banking with Wells Fargo for quite sometime and have a mortgage loan, savings and checking accounts, and opened up an - - - credit card last - - WITH Wells Fargo before heading up to -, - for work last year. While working and living up in - I received a solicit ( online or through snail mail of which I cant remember ) from WF Credit services for opening up a new - Credit Card at 0 % balance transfer upon approval. The application was submitted on my end back to Wells Fargo and my application was approved and the funds of - were to be mailed by a check since the credit card I was paying off on was a - Card and they did not except online electronic balance transfers. The account was approved in - - and as weeks passed, I Never received the check to my residence in Florida that was the address that i filed on the application ( during this period in -, I had a family member physically looking for the check to arrive in my personal home mailbox ). I spoke with a WF representative about how the

NOTE : My correspondence with WF was while I was physically working up in - and I was not returning back into the states until sometime after late -/-/-/up to - of -. NOTE : at NO time during any of this process of the money xferred into my account, was anything mentioned in ANY form including spoken or written about the money being transferred to me that my application from - - was accepted for the transfer amount of - but NOT the balance transfer of the card at the 0 % rate that I had initially signed up for in - of -. I dealt on numerous occasions with multiple customer service employees at Wells Fargo after reviewing my online statements that the funds, in fact, had been transferred onto their new Wells Fargo Visa card at - PERCENT and including their - PERCENT TRANSFER FEE from the initial day the funds were electronically transferred into my personal account on - -, -. I spoke to Wells Fargo customer representatives at least - or - on numerous occasions explaining that a mistake had been made on this balance transfer and I was concerned about that this was being charged at - percent and was assured that they would resolve the issue and to give it time. Well finally after too much time going by and - - rolling up quickly with no resolution I called on - - and spoke with a - so finally said that he would open up a case for my credit card and I would be hearing back from someone within a day or two. - - received a phone call from a - who was a case manager at the executive office of Credit Cards. Her superiors name is - - and - began to inform me that I had signed a document in - stating that if I had a Wells Fargo Credit card offer already in play ( - - - card I was giving in - - - that I would be DENIED the - Percent transfer rate to the new WF visa card but the funds would still go through of - at a - percent charge of the transfer plus an interest rate at - percent. I asked why I only received half of the contract I signed to open up this new visa card and she explained that they do n't send out any time of rejections or denial responses in regards to the - percent transfer when I do n't meet their qualifications. Offered me two months interest off but still needed to pay at - percent. Nothing resolved ... - interest added now!
