Despite my repeated requests for them to desist, RISE Credit persistently email me with offers of loans which I do not want and for which I do not qualify. I am a - -, living in the - and ineligible for a short-term US dollar loan from a company in Texas. Despite pointing this out to them, they persist in filling may inbox with daily offers of loans.
