I recently went on - to obtain my annual free credit report. The reports were provided free of charge with no problem by both - and - however Trans Union some how through their website signed me up for some type of credit monitoring that I was not aware of. They have consequently charged my bank account a total of - for what I thought was supposed to be free. It is the principle here the other - credit agencies did it the right way but Trans Union in some as far as I am concerned fraudulent way made me pay for my credit report. I would like to file an official complaint against Trans Union for their misleading practices!
