On - - 2016 my Discover Credit Card had a fraudulent charge and it was canceled and a new one issued. I received the new Discover credit card on - - and activated it with no problems. However I have not been able to log into by Discover Bank account ever since this date. Discover Customer Service keeps telling me it is a technical issue. It is unbelievable to me that 21 days later I can not log into my Discover on line Bank account due to a Discover Credit Card issue. Discover Bank is an online bank. I need online access to it.
