I applied for a credit card with CitiBank [ see - ] I did not receive a card. I did n't worry about it, I do n't really need it, I just wanted the - " bonus miles '' they lured me in with. Now, I am applying for a Loan, but - - - wo n't give me a loan as there is a HARD INQUIRY on my credit, from " CBNA '' ( which is Citibank ) on -/-/16. I have called Citibank 4 times already and spoken to - people, but they have no evidence of my application ( neither do I, I mailed the form to them ) and they say they can not remove this Hard Inquiry from my credit. This means I can not get a loan. I 've been working on this for 4 weeks now, and getting nowhere with anyone, including -. Please help!
