My family and I relocated due to my - being more affordable. During the move, the truck was involved in an -, destroying everything. On -/-/2016, I came across a website that had children 's bedding and decor for moderately low prices. I decided to give them a try because my daughter 's new bedroom set was being delivered and she had no bedding to go with it. Nervous since I 've never heard of the company and their was some poor reviews, I place an internet order at - ( - ) for the amount to $140.00, order number # -, using PayPal as method of payment- transaction ID # -. The order was shipped on -/-/2016 using - -, tracking number -. Upon checking the tracking number, I discovered the package was to be delivered on - -, 2016. On -/-/2016, I was home awaiting the delivery. At -, I became concerned and contacted - to ask the status of delivery. They claimed it was marked as delivered and left on my patio. I looked all over my patio and no packages was there so - ran a trace ( case # - ) and contacted the driver.


- told me to contact - so they can file a claim for reimbursement. Since I did not see the residents at - take the package, the police could not do much. - - filed a - claim on -/-/2016, claim # -. - issued them a check in full on -/-/2016. - - is refusing to issue me a refund although I never received my items ordered. I contacted PayPal on -/-/2016 to make them aware of all the details of the dispute that was escalated on -/-/2016 for resolution as I had not heard anything and the seller. - - was avoiding me after blatantly telling that I would not be receiving a refund from them until they receive a refund from - which they received on -/-/2016 shown from there records of their - claim which is easily accessible by calling - and giving them the claim number. PayPal called - with me on the line and confirmed with - that the package was lost, - - DID have a lost package claim with them and that they were issued a reimbursement check on -/-/2016. That PayPal representative spoke with her supervisor and decided to give - - 3 days to respond to - claims of them losing the package and reimbursing them in full of the money lost due to them losing the package. On the evening of -/-/2016, PayPal closed my dispute in the sellers favor, inadvertently calling me a liar because the tracking number for the package, that - admitted over the phone to PayPal as being lost and reimbursed, shows delivered. Please help me to understand how you 've reached your decision. It is a known and document fact that I did not receive the package. - - filed an insurance claim ( # - ) with - for reimbursement for the lost package. - - received reimbursement on -/-/2016. PayPal called - and confirmed that - - has a claim for the lost package and confirmed that the package was NEVER delivered to the right address. Additionally, PayPal confirmed with - that the company was refunded in full for the claim on -/-/2016. On -/-/2016, PayPal sent me an email calling me a lair because the seller has a tracking number and not only do they get paid from - for the package I NEVER received but, you also issue the seller my money for the package I NEVER received as well so their paid twice and I do n't receive anything?
