-/-/2014, I purchased Jewelry on the a Wells Fargo - -. This was a 12 months same as cash arrangement. When I received the bill, I set it up for 12 months with 2 weeks before the final due date. My account was on auto payment and was in good standing. Wells Fargo did not apply my last payment until after the " deadline '' date of the contract ( let me reiterate, this was on autopayment and completely in good standing. The amount sent he period was greater than what was required to payoff in advanced of the arrangement ). Believing my payment was paid in full, I did not check back until a credit alert occurred on my credit score.


and the letter is never received. Forcing me to either pay $540.00 ( which is about - % of the amount I put on this card to start with ) or get a 60 day delinquent mark on my credit. ( The fact that my last payment was not applied for several weeks was CONFIRMED by a Wells Fargo Rep when I called ; however, he could not do anything about it. He could only ask me to send a letter. That letter was never received. ) This is a predatory practice. The fact there is no way to dispute and get a resolution of these charges short of a fax or a letter that will never be received is prove of this.
